Most recent version first.

Beta V3: LeadFlow, complete

The third beta version reworks every screen, from search to statistics. Nothing you pay for gets lost any more, and what you do every day is faster.

A search is never lost

Close the tab during a search: it carries on on our servers and waits for you when you come back, on any device. You can also cancel it: nothing is added and no credit is used. An owner's email found after you leave is still saved, and the same number never enters your pipeline twice.

Your message templates

Create your own email and text templates, share them with your team and fill them with variables: owner's first name, company, city, your signature… Four starter templates are included, and every message you prepare is logged in the lead's history.

Accurate statistics

Pick your period and compare it with the previous one: calls per day, call outcomes, reminders kept or overdue, leads added by source, a funnel from contacted to signed, per team member. Dashboard and statistics figures come from the same calculation, on Paris time.

A pipeline that keeps up, even at 20,000 leads

Search, filters and sorting done by the server, Kanban in batches of 50 with multi-select, saved views, Excel or CSV export of the current view with every column. In the call queue, a note is never lost if saving fails.

Move a reminder

Drag a reminder to another day or time, or use Move on your phone: your Google or Outlook calendar follows. Pick a reminder's lead by typing its name, city or number.

Repeating searches, alerts at your pace

Pro and Enterprise

Schedule a search once, every weekday, every week or every month. Set each alert: daily or weekly, from 5 to 50 leads. The new-company watch now reads every new company, and a Monday email sums them up.

A map for your whole pipeline

Pro and Enterprise

Pins group together and the map stays smooth with thousands of leads. Imported leads are placed from their address, filters choose what is shown, and your routes are saved with the stops already done.

Your reminders on your phone

Turn on notifications in Settings → Notifications: each reminder rings on your phone on time. On iPhone, first add LeadFlow to your home screen. With no network, the app tells you so instead of showing an error page.

Your account, better protected

Backup codes for two-factor authentication if you lose your phone, a password that only changes with the old one, and a button to sign out other devices. In teams, a manager role, and handing the team over to another member.

Beta V2: the owner found for you, a pipeline you control

The second version of the beta reworks LeadFlow from top to bottom: what the app promises, it does, on computer and phone alike. The owner comes with the results, your pipeline can be corrected by hand, alerts no longer drain your balance, and every credit is counted only once.

The owner comes with the results

As soon as a search ends, LeadFlow looks up each company's owner on its own in the official French company directory, then the contact details published on its website, at no credit cost. Their work email can then be looked up in one click, also at no credit cost, within your plan's monthly quota (100 a month during the beta). In the Pipeline, Find the owner works on one record or on a whole selection.

Your pipeline, under your control

Add a lead by hand, correct a record (a wrong number, the contact's name learned on the phone), delete or change the status of hundreds of leads at once: the screen tells you exactly what was done. On a phone, all of a record's details show in full, and Import and Export are there.

Alerts that no longer drain your balance

Pro and Enterprise

An alert runs your search again every week and adds at most 20 new leads, at 1 credit each; an email tells you how many. Your alerts, below the search form, lists them all: check now, delete. They now accept a département, a region or several trades.

Every credit counted only once

Two searches finishing at the same moment no longer deliver twice for a single charge. Credits from a pack stay yours until you use them, and on the yearly plan your credits are topped up every month.

Your calendar, linked directly

In the Calendar, Sync links your Google or Outlook account: your reminders show up there within seconds, and an edited or deleted reminder follows. The reminder sequence (D+2, D+5, D+10) is now open to all plans.

A route that starts from where you are

Pro and Enterprise

On the map, choose your starting point (your location or a lead) and LeadFlow suggests the visiting order, with the as-the-crow-flies distance shown for what it is. Leads without a located address are counted on screen.

Two-factor authentication, for real

If you have turned it on, the 6-digit code is now required at every sign-in, including with Google or Microsoft. And a suspended account can no longer do anything, even with an open session.

LeadFlow on your home screen

Add LeadFlow to your phone's home screen: it opens full screen, like an app. And outreach messages become email or text templates you complete before sending them.

7 October 2026

Type a job: LeadFlow finds the companies that employ it

Two pieces of tester feedback shaped this update: searching for a specific job should not take an extra click, and linking your calendar should make sense at first glance.

A specific job, with nothing extra to click

Type the job you are targeting, for example ingénieur instrumentiste, a place, and start the search: LeadFlow searches for that job, and also for the activities of the companies that employ it (industrial instrumentation, automation…). The Find related activities button is gone: the search takes care of it. A note tells you what was searched in addition, and each lead keeps the job you asked for.

Local trades, as before

Plumber, lawyer, restaurant, garage…: these trades are already activities that Google Maps knows. They are searched as they are, with no widening and no extra wait.

Sync: one calendar per row

In the Calendar, the Sync panel shows each calendar on its own row (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple) with the update delay to expect: up to 24 hours with Google, a few hours with Outlook. One click on Subscribe is enough. And the month menu now opens in full, without sliding under the sidebar.

6 October 2026

Your beta feedback, already in the app

The first testers prospected for real, then told us what was missing. Here is what changed: a search that sees wider than one city, your own list of leads in the pipeline, and follow-ups that come to you.

A department, a region, several cities

The place of a search can be a city, a department (its name or number) or a region, and you can enter several, just like trades. Each criterion becomes a chip under the fields: a cross removes it. A lead found in a department keeps its actual town.

Never the same lead twice

A lead already in your pipeline is no longer added or charged a second time: running a search again only costs the new ones. During the search you see how many places have been found so far, and a search with several trades is noticeably faster.

Import your own list

Already have a file of leads? In the Pipeline, Import reads an Excel or CSV file, recognises the columns, and leaves out duplicates and the numbers on your exclusion list. No credits are used: it's your data.

Follow-ups that come to you

A Follow up button on each lead to choose when to call back, without changing their status. Every morning, an email lists the leads to call back that day. You can turn it off in Settings → Notifications.

Your reminders in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple

In the Calendar, Sync subscribes your calendar to your LeadFlow reminders: they show up there on their own. And the month and year menus take you straight to the period you want.

LeadFlow in your pocket: the app rebuilt for the phone

Prospecting happens between two meetings, in a car park, in a waiting room, rarely in front of a large screen. The app and the site have been reworked screen by screen for the phone: everything is done with your thumb, nothing overflows any more, and the private beta opens its doors.

A tab bar under your thumb

Search, Pipeline, Calls and Calendar are one tap away, at the bottom of the screen. Everything else (map, statistics, team, settings, language, help, sign out) lives in Menu.

Call straight from the results

On a phone, search results are cards: the owner, their email, the address, and their mobile as a large call button. The dashboard, the Manager tab and the call queue follow the same logic: lists you can read, no more tables to scroll sideways.

The Kanban works with your finger

Press and hold a card: it lifts off and follows your finger. Drop it on a column, or on the status bar that appears at the top of the screen. Near an edge, the columns scroll by themselves.

A calendar you can read

The month shows one dot per reminder, the week becomes a day-by-day agenda, and tapping a day opens its panel to add a reminder.

The date in your calendar, as soon as the status changes

Moving a lead to Call back or Meeting booked? LeadFlow offers the date straight away: tomorrow, in three days, in a week, or the day and time you choose. It lands in your calendar without leaving the page. And in the Pipeline, statuses now follow the order in which you act.

Comfort, in the details

Dark theme by default on phones, larger buttons, typing that no longer zooms the screen, menus that always stay visible, and no button sitting on top of the content any more. The public site has its own menu too, and its cookie banner fits on two lines.

The Monday, 8 am film

On the home page, 32 seconds to follow a morning of prospecting: the search scheduled overnight, the owner and their mobile, the call, the meeting. In French and in English.

Private beta and the Feedback button

Beta

The first testers come in with an invitation code: a plan and credits on the house, no bank card needed. On every page of the app, Feedback sends us directly what you liked, what blocked you or what was missing.

The owner and their contact details, and searches that run on their own

Finding the business isn't enough: you need to know who decides and how to reach them. After each search, LeadFlow now looks up the owner, their mobile and their email, at no extra credit. And on Pro and Enterprise, your next search can run while you sleep.

The owner and their contact details

Below the results, Find owner and contact details: SIRET, legal name, the owner's name and role from the official French company directory, then the email and mobile published on their website, then their verified business email. Each contact detail shows where it comes from (verified, to confirm, Google listing, website). Included in every plan, at no extra credit.

The boss's mobile, filed automatically

With a tradesperson, the 06 or 07 number on the Google listing is almost always the boss's: it is now filed straight into the owner's contact, and the call queue flags it when dialling.

Scheduled searches

Pro and Enterprise

Prepare your search in the evening, choose Tomorrow 8 am: it runs on its own at the set time and an email lets you know when the leads are in your pipeline. Up to 10 searches waiting, 30 days ahead.

LeadFlow in English

The website and the app are now available in English, for Belgian, Swiss or Canadian teams who work in English: one click on the flag (at the bottom right of the screen, or in the menu on a phone) and everything switches. Emails follow the language you choose.

A more complete Excel export

SIRET, legal name, owner, role, mobile, owner's email and company email: new columns in the pipeline export.

Exclusion by SIREN

A business excluded by its SIREN is now recognised everywhere, and a contact detail on the opt-out list is never saved, even when found on a website.

Help one click away

A Help link at the bottom of the sidebar: a question, a problem, write to us at admin@leadflowfr.com, a real person will answer.

23 September 2026

Every chart opens full size

Click a chart or key figure on the dashboard, the Pipeline, the Statistics or the Manager tab. A window opens with the details: the curve compared with the period before, breakdowns, written findings and the data to export.

Details for every chart

Leads added day by day with their own period, meeting rate by activity, city, Google rating and week of arrival, a funnel with the share kept at each stage, reminders for the next 14 days… Each window has its data table, exportable to Excel, and can be browsed with the keyboard.

Manager tab: full tracking

Enterprise

Eight indicators instead of four (call → meeting conversion, speed of the first call on new leads, what's left to call and its age, comparison with the previous period) plus the team's daily pace, call outcomes and a grid of the slots when the team calls.

Each member's profile

Enterprise

One click on a member opens their detailed activity: calls, answered calls and meetings day by day, the outcome of their calls, their time slots, their portfolio and how they compare with the rest of the team.

Privacy and cookies, in plain words

A complete privacy policy (what is collected, why, for how long, with whom) and a Cookies page listing every tracker. LeadFlow only uses essential cookies: a banner tells you once, and Manage my cookies stays available at the bottom of every page. Cached search results are now deleted automatically after 90 days.

23 September 2026

No longer contacting those who said no

Prospecting properly also means knowing when to stop. And getting started fast when you arrive: this update takes care of both, and strengthens security from top to bottom.

Exclusion list

A lead asks not to be called again? Click Do not contact again on their card, or paste a list of numbers, emails, websites or SIRENs in the Settings. They no longer come back in a search (and no longer cost a credit), leave the call queue and are no longer sent to your CRM.

Right to object

An owner who no longer wants to be canvassed can say so on a public page, without an account: their contact details are never offered again, to any LeadFlow user.

Getting started

On the dashboard, the four or five actions that matter when you start (first search, first call, first reminder, CRM, team) ticked according to what you have already done.

Test an integration

Pro and Enterprise

A Test button on each connected CRM: access is checked live, without creating anything in the CRM.

Stronger security

The browser no longer has any direct access to the database: everything goes through the server, which checks every permission. Every route is tested automatically against unauthorised access, and server errors are reported as soon as they happen.

22 September 2026

Six CRMs, and two-way sync

LeadFlow now talks to the CRMs that French small and medium businesses actually use, and no longer just sends leads to them: what your team changes in the CRM comes back into LeadFlow.

Two-way sync

Pro and Enterprise

A deal won in Pipedrive, a lead converted in Salesforce, a prospect turned customer in Sellsy: the status comes back into LeadFlow when the Pipeline opens and every night. Only changes made in the CRM after the last send count. An old status never overwrites a lead that has moved on since.

Salesforce and Dynamics 365

Pro and Enterprise

Each lead becomes a Lead, with the company, the owner, their contact details and status. Sign-in through the official Salesforce or Microsoft page, with the LeadFlow application, or your own if your IT department requires it.

Sellsy and Axonaut

Pro and Enterprise

The two French CRMs most common among very small businesses: the company arrives as a prospect with its address and owner, and becomes a customer when you sign it in LeadFlow. Credentials tested before being saved, encrypted, never shown again.

The call queue joins Pro and Enterprise

Pro and Enterprise

Today's call queue is now part of the Pro and Enterprise plans, together with the CRM integrations: call in the right order, log the outcome with one key, and let the CRM update itself.

Mid-September 2026

The day of calls, and the team that goes with it

Four new features to know what to do next, at your phone or running the team.

Today's call queue

Pro and Enterprise

One card at a time, in the right order: overdue callbacks, today's callbacks, leads to call back, interested ones, then the best-rated new ones. Five outcomes on keys 1 to 5, the note is saved with it, and the next one comes up on its own.

New-business watch

Pro and Enterprise

Watch a trade in your area in the SIRENE register: every registration arrives with its address and the owner's name, before the competition calls it. Checked every day, and on demand.

Assignment and territories

Enterprise

Hand leads to a member from the Pipeline, or set their départements and cities once: every new lead is assigned to them automatically. Everyone can filter assigned to me, and the call queue only shows their own.

Manager dashboard

Enterprise

Calls, answer rate, meetings, workload and overdue reminders, member by member, over 7, 30 or 90 days. To see where things get stuck before the end of the month.

September 2026

The pipeline becomes complete: map, team, alerts

This update closes an important loop: finding a lead is now just one step among others, the rest of the journey (locating, sharing, following up) now happens without leaving LeadFlow.

Map & route

Pro and Enterprise

See your leads on a map and let LeadFlow suggest a visiting order, from each stop to the nearest next one, for your day of meetings, then open the route in Google Maps.

Team sharing

Enterprise

The whole team now works from the same pool of leads and credits. Each member can still keep some searches private, adjustable at any time.

Automatic alerts

Pro and Enterprise

Save a search once: LeadFlow runs it again for you and adds the new businesses to your pipeline. Since beta V2: every week, at most 20 new leads per alert, 1 credit each, and a summary email.

Prospecting messages prepared for you

Pro and Enterprise

A template for your first message, by text or email, prepared from the lead's details. You read it and complete it before sending.

New dashboard

An overview as soon as you open the app: number of leads, meeting rate, pipeline breakdown and upcoming reminders, without hunting page by page.

One-off credits

Need more leads before the end of the month? Extra packs (150, 300 or 500 credits) are available at any time, without changing subscription or waiting for the renewal.

August 2026

LeadFlow launch

First public version of the product, built around a single idea: replacing cobbled-together Excel lists with a real pipeline, from first contact to signed meeting.

Local lead search

Trade and city, results delivered straight into the pipeline.

Status tracking

Each lead moves through a clear pipeline, from the first call to signing.

Reminder calendar

Each reminder can be added to Google Calendar or Outlook.

Excel export

All your data in an Excel file, to keep wherever you like.
