Getting started
LeadFlow is in private beta and access is by invitation. Create your account: LeadFlow then asks for your invitation code and turns on your beta tester plan, with no credit card. Nothing is billed during the beta, and subscriptions and credit packs aren't on sale yet. To get a code, write to admin@leadflowfr.com. There is no free trial outside this beta for now.
You pick a trade and a place, say plumbers in Lyon. The place can be a city, a French department (by name or number) or a region. You can put up to 5 trades and 5 places in the same search. The businesses found land in your pipeline with their phone number, then LeadFlow looks for their owner. For a specific job, like instrumentation engineer, LeadFlow also looks for the companies that employ one.
Up to 15 searches a day on Starter, 45 on Pro and 100 on Enterprise. A search only costs the leads it adds, at 1 credit each.
Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Fill in your search, click “Schedule” and pick the day and time, for example tomorrow at 8 am. You can also repeat it every working day, every week or every month. Each run only adds businesses you don't have yet. An email lets you know when the leads have arrived. If you run out of credits, the repeat pauses.
On the Pro and Enterprise plans, open the Map and pick the leads to visit. Start from your location, an address or a lead. LeadFlow works out a visiting order as the crow flies and an estimated duration. The route opens in Google Maps, 10 stops at a time, or stop by stop in Apple Maps or Waze. You can save your round and tick off the stops you've made.
An alert reruns one of your searches and adds the new businesses to your pipeline. It runs every day, or every week on the day you choose. It adds at most 20 new leads per run, a cap you can set from 5 to 50, at 1 credit per lead. An email tells you how many were added, and you can turn it off. With no credits left, the alert pauses and an email tells you so. The “Check now” button runs it right away. You can have up to 10 alerts, on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Credits and plans
One credit = one lead added to your pipeline, meaning a business with a phone number. It counts whether or not the owner is found. A lead you already have costs nothing a second time. A search that brings you nothing new costs nothing either.
Starter costs €16.99 a month with 300 credits. Pro costs €34.99 a month with 900 credits. Enterprise costs €72.99 a month with 2,000 credits and 5 seats. Paying yearly saves you 5%, and your credits are still topped up every month.
Your plan's credits, no. Every month your balance resets to your plan's quota, on monthly and yearly billing alike. Credits from an extra pack stay yours until you use them.
Buy a pack of 150, 300 or 500 credits in Settings, Subscription tab. Your subscription stays the same. In a team, the owner buys the pack for everyone. Pack credits stay yours until you use them.
You change plans with “Manage my subscription”, in Settings, Subscription tab. The price is prorated. When you upgrade, you get the difference in credits for the days left, as soon as the extra amount is paid. The full quota arrives at renewal. When you downgrade, the plan changes right away but your balance stays the same until renewal. Your pack credits are always kept.
Yes, paid plans come with no commitment. In Settings, Subscription tab, “Manage my subscription” opens the billing page where you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. Nothing is billed during the beta, so there's nothing to cancel.
Data and owners
After each search, LeadFlow looks for the owner on its own, at no extra credit. It finds them in the official French business register, with the SIRET number, their name and their role. It also reads the public pages of the company's website, where it often finds an email address or a mobile number. You can then look up the owner's work email in one click, also at no credit. These email lookups are capped each month at your plan's credit quota (300, 900 or 2,000, for the whole team; 100 during the beta), with at most 2 per lead. In the Pipeline, the “Find the owner” and “Find their email” buttons work on one record or on a selection, with an active plan. Every contact detail shows its source, and an uncertain email is marked as to be confirmed. The owner isn't found for every business.
From public business listings on Google Maps, the official French business register (SIRET, owner), the public pages of each company's website, and a work email lookup service. LeadFlow looks for businesses, not private individuals. A record can still hold what the business published itself, such as a French mobile number (06 or 07) filed as the owner's contact, or a personal email address shown on its website.
Yes. In the Pipeline, “Import” reads your Excel or CSV file, up to 5,000 rows. Duplicates and numbers on your do-not-contact list are left out, and no credits are used. “Export” gives you the whole view or your selection, in Excel or CSV. You can also add a lead by hand or correct a record.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Sellsy and Axonaut, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Your leads go to your CRM from the Pipeline, or automatically when their status changes. A status changed in the CRM comes back to LeadFlow. For other tools, a webhook works with Zapier, Make or n8n.
Team
Teams come with the Enterprise plan, which includes 5 seats. An extra seat is billed pro rata. Invited members share the credits and, by default, the same pool of leads. Sharing is set member by member: a member can keep their leads out of the shared pool, but the team owner always sees them.
The owner can give a member the manager role. A manager sees the whole team pipeline, assigns leads and sets up territories and shared templates. Invitations, roles and billing stay with the owner.
Security and personal data
The database is hosted in Frankfurt, in the European Union. Connections use HTTPS and passwords are never stored in plain text. Your CRM credentials are encrypted before they're saved.
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings, Security tab, with an app like Google Authenticator. You'll then be asked for a 6-digit code at every sign-in. LeadFlow also gives you 10 backup codes to keep somewhere safe.
On the sign-in screen, choose “I lost my phone” and enter one of your 10 backup codes. Each code works only once. Two-factor authentication is then removed and an email lets you know. Turn it back on afterwards in your settings, with new codes.
Yes. In Settings, Data and export tab, you download all your data as JSON or Excel. You delete your account in the Danger zone tab, with no reason to give.
Yes for businesses (B2B). Only prospecting private individuals without prior consent is regulated. LeadFlow looks for businesses, not private individuals, but a record can carry the owner's mobile number. If someone asks you to stop calling, the “Do not contact again” button removes them from your searches, your call queue and what you send to your CRM.
Phone
Yes, in your phone's browser, and you can install it like an app. On Android, tap “Install the app”. On iPhone, open LeadFlow in Safari, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
In Settings, Notifications tab, tap “Turn on for this device”. Your phone then alerts you at the time of each reminder, even with LeadFlow closed. On iPhone, you need iOS 16.4 or later, with LeadFlow added to the Home Screen.
Yes. On your phone, tap the number on a record and the call starts. On the Pro and Enterprise plans, the Call queue shows you one record at a time, in the order to call. You note the outcome, and the next record comes up.
